Mahama & Ramadan To Feature In Fulani Community Conference In Buipe Today



Sources close to the 2020 flagbearer of the NDC has revealed that Mr John Mahama will not be in the Adentan Constituency as announced earlier. The entire day 5 of his Greater Accra itinerary has been rescheduled to Tuesday the 3rd of November 2020.

Instead the NDC flagbearer will be in Buipe for a conference by the Fulani Community. The 2020 Parliamentary Candidate for the NDC in the Adentan Constituency, Mohammed Adamu Ramadan, is expected to accompany the NDC flagbearer to the programme in Buipe.

It is not clear whether Mr Ramadan's presence at the Fulani Community conference along with Mr Mahama is to counter the second lady's increasing intrusion into that community. Oman Ghana News can confirm that Mohammed Adamu Ramadan who is originally a fulani and the senior brother of the second lady, Samira Bawumiah, will have the honour of introducing the NDC flagbearer.

Hon. Ramadan Supports 50 Needy Tertiary Students

The Member of Parliament for the Adentan Constituency, Hon. Mohammed Adamu Ramadan, has given financial support to over fifty needy tertiary students in his constituency. The source of funding is the MP's Common Fund. The MP's office however declined to make available a list of the beneficiaries to Adenta News insisting that the list was a confidential document.  Adenta News is reliably informed that the MP for Adentan has also undertaken several projects to improve upon the standard of education in the Adentan Constituency. In October last year for instance, he donated a laptop to a student of DeYoungster's School who was a second runner up in the Citi fm's "Literacy Challenge".  Shortly after he took over from the NPP's Buaben Asamoa, Hon. Life is not fair,get used to it and move on

My good friend Kojo Akyina lost his life in what appears to be a ritual murder. His manhood was cut off and he was left to bleed to death in a suburb of Kumasi. When we were growing up, Akyina being a talented footballer wanted to play at the highest level until he met his untimely death. Two years now his murderers have not been found. If ever they were pursued in the first place. What a world?  My nephew of almost the same age who was my childhood friend died a couple of years ago after a short illness.
