Sources close to the 2020 flagbearer of the NDC has revealed that Mr John Mahama will not be in the Adentan Constituency as announced earlier. The entire day 5 of his Greater Accra itinerary has been rescheduled to Tuesday the 3rd of November 2020. The flagbearer of the NDC, John Dramani Mahama, is expected to visit the Adentan Constituency on Saturday 31st October, 2020 as part of his planned itinerary for the Greater Accra Region.  Mr Mahama is expected to make 3 stops in the Adentan Constituency ie Ashaley Botwe, Adenta and Amrahia. He is expected to address a mini rally at Amrahia where his tour of Adentan will end. Oman Ghana News has sighted some pictures and video making round on social media in which the NDC Parliamentary Candidate for the Adentan Constituency, Mohammed Adamu Ramadan, was heard pledging to uphold peace before, during and after the 2020 elections. When our reporter contacted a member of the NDC Parliamentary Candidate's team,Vera Mensah for information, she explained that the programme was an initiative organised by the Church of Pentecost, Ogbojo Branch. It aimed at bringing all election related personnel under one umbrella and commit them to sign up for a peace treaty in election 2020. According to her, the congregation were extremely pleased with the presence of Mohammed Ramadan because it rained heavily just before the programme started late afternoon yesterday and the organisers thought the programme was bound to fail. The Man-Hee Ward of the NDC will organise a health walk on this Saturday, the 10th of October, 2020. Since this ward is where the NDC Parliamentary Candidate for the Adentan resides, the health walk is expected to be very massive. The NDC Women Wing in the Adentan Constituency led by Georgina over the weekend started a door to door campaign in the constituency to send the good message of John Mahama and Mohammed Adamu Ramadan to the doorstep of the electorates.  The door to door campaigning has been codenamed: Women! It is our time! Stand up and be counted!  Mohammed Adamu Ramadan  According to the NDC Constituency Women Organiser for the Adentan, Georgina, since the NDC is the first major party to nominate a woman as a running mate, she as well as all NDC women everywhere have made it their cardinal duty to ensure that Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang will not be disgraced.  We will make sure she becomes the first vice president of the Republic of Ghana.  Story by: Paramza Kofi Hamza 

As an ardent observer of the Electoral Commission of Ghana, I take a keen interest in everything they do. This is because the decisions they make have consequences in the lives of Ghanaians. The decisions they make also directly impacts the outcomes of the quadrennial contests that Ghana's political parties engage in. Alhaji Haruna Rashid (Director of Research, National Democratic Congress) I want to be clear as I state here and now that the EC management team of Jean Mensa, Dr. Bossman Asare, and Dr. Serebour Quaicoe are very competent. Even though the mistakes they committed, intentional and not, are legendary, they know and understand their duties very well. The issue is, the EC lacks integrity, honesty, and any modicum of a moral compass. They are dispossessed of even an iota of morality. Jean Mensa's claim of being a Christian and therefore will not rig the elections is hogwash! But for the respect I have for the Senior Comrades, Comrades, and Colleagues on this platf
