Ramadan Partakes In Church Of Pentecost Peace Building Initiative Ahead Of December Polls

Oman Ghana News has sighted some pictures and video making round on social media in which the NDC Parliamentary Candidate for the Adentan Constituency, Mohammed Adamu Ramadan, was heard pledging to uphold peace before, during and after the 2020 elections.

When our reporter contacted a member of the NDC Parliamentary Candidate's team,Vera Mensah for information, she explained that the programme was an initiative organised by the Church of Pentecost, Ogbojo Branch. It aimed at bringing all election related personnel under one umbrella and commit them to sign up for a peace treaty in election 2020.

According to her, the congregation were extremely pleased with the presence of Mohammed Ramadan because it rained heavily just before the programme started late afternoon yesterday and the organisers thought the programme was bound to fail. Ramadan's presence spiced up the place.

Oman Ghana News can confirm that the sitting Member of Parliament for the Adentan Constituency, Hon. Yaw Buabeng-Asamoah failed to show up. It is not clear if his failure to attend the peace initiative programme was due to the heavy downpour.
